Section 1
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using any feature of kirekya — including but not limited to creating a player account, placing a bet, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or participating in any promotional activity — you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and that you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply to all users of the platform regardless of the device, browser, or method of access used.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific promotional or game-level rule, the more specific document shall take precedence for that specific context; in all other respects these Terms shall govern.

Your continued use of kirekya after such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. These Terms are written in English. In the event of any translation into another language for informational purposes, the English version shall be the controlling version in all cases of ambiguity or discrepancy.
Section 2
Eligibility and Age Restriction
Access to kirekya is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the platform:
- Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. kirekya operates a strict 18+ policy. Minors are absolutely prohibited from registering, accessing, or using any part of the platform under any circumstances.
- Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction. If you are subject to any legal restriction that prevents you from entering into contracts, you are not eligible to use kirekya.
- Single account: You may hold only one registered account on kirekya. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.
- Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order, whether placed through kirekya directly or through any third-party responsible gambling programme recognised by the platform.
- Not a restricted person: You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of a kirekya employee or business partner in any capacity that creates a conflict of interest with platform operations.
kirekya may request documentary evidence of age and identity at any point during the player journey, including at the time of first withdrawal, upon suspicious account activity, or as part of routine KYC (Know Your Customer) compliance checks. Acceptable identity documents include a valid National ID card, passport, or birth certificate. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the time frame specified in the verification request will result in the temporary suspension of withdrawal rights until verification is complete.

Section 3
Account Registration and Security
To access the full range of kirekya products and services, you must create a registered player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, Bangladesh mobile number, and a secure password of your choosing. You warrant that all information submitted during registration and at any subsequent point is truthful and complete.
Account Credentials and Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. kirekya will never ask you to disclose your password through any channel — including customer support communications, email, live chat, or phone. Any communication purporting to be from kirekya that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support@kirekya immediately.
You must notify kirekya immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, or if your login credentials have been compromised. kirekya cannot be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain adequate security over your credentials or where you have knowingly or negligently shared them with a third party.
Account Verification (KYC)
kirekya is required to verify the identity of all players as part of its KYC and anti-money laundering (AML) compliance obligations. Full account verification is a prerequisite for processing any withdrawal request. Verification typically requires submission of one or more of the following documents:
- Government-issued National ID card (front and back)
- Valid passport (photo page)
- Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence)

One Account Per Player

Section 4
Deposits and Withdrawals
kirekya operates BDT-denominated player accounts. All deposits, balances, bets, winnings, and withdrawals are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). No currency conversion fees are applied to deposits or withdrawals made through local payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.
Deposits
The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. There is no upper limit on deposits for standard player accounts, though enhanced KYC verification may be required for deposits above certain thresholds as part of the platform's AML compliance programme. kirekya accepts deposits via the following methods:

All deposits must originate from a payment account that is registered in the player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in the deposit being reversed and the account being reviewed for compliance purposes.
Withdrawals
The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are processed by the kirekya payments team within the following indicative time frames:
- bKash: 5 to 15 minutes (subject to network availability)
- Nagad: 10 to 30 minutes
- Rocket / Upay: 15 to 45 minutes
- Bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla, City, BRAC, Islami, Sonali): 1 to 3 business days

Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts verified as belonging to the registered player. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are prohibited. kirekya reserves the right to require full KYC verification before processing any withdrawal request, regardless of the amount. Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.
Players must ensure that any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds have been satisfied before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be processed. The cashier will display the player's withdrawable balance separately from any bonus balance subject to wagering requirements.
Prohibited Payment Conduct
Using the kirekya platform for the purpose of money laundering, structuring transactions, or any other financial crime is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities. Chargebacks initiated against legitimate kirekya deposits without prior contact with the platform's support team constitute a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action.
Section 5

Where bonus abuse is detected, kirekya reserves the right to void the relevant bonus, cancel associated winnings, and close the player account without prior notice.

- Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Odds are subject to change up to the point of bet confirmation.
- kirekya reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that has already commenced or concluded prior to the bet being placed, unless the relevant market has been explicitly designated as an in-play market.
- Palpable errors in odds (manifest pricing errors) will be voided and stakes refunded. kirekya determines whether an error is palpable at its sole reasonable discretion.
- Maximum winnings per single bet and per player per day are subject to the limits published in the Sportsbook Rules section. These limits may vary by sport and market type.
Malfunctions
In the event of a technical malfunction — including server outages, software errors, or communication failures — that affects the outcome of a game or bet, kirekya reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and refund the stake to the player's account. kirekya is not liable for any losses claimed to have arisen from a malfunction, and "malfunction voids all pays and play" is a principle applied without exception on this platform.
Section 7
Prohibited Conduct
Players using kirekya agree to conduct themselves in good faith and in accordance with these Terms at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:
- Fraudulent activity: Any attempt to defraud kirekya or other players, including through the use of stolen payment instruments, false identity documents, or manipulated game data.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including chip-dumping in poker or coordinated sports betting activity.
- Use of prohibited software: Employing bots, automated betting scripts, artificial intelligence tools, game-manipulating software, or any other technology designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
- Exploitation of software errors: Deliberately exploiting a bug, glitch, or software vulnerability to generate winnings or credits not legitimately earned. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known or unknown bug will be voided.
- Money laundering: Using kirekya as a vehicle for money laundering, financial structuring, or any other activity prohibited by applicable financial crime legislation.
- Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes for deposits that have been genuinely credited to and used on the platform.
- Abuse of staff: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward kirekya customer support agents or other platform users through any communication channel.
- Underage gambling: Allowing or facilitating access to the kirekya platform by any person under the age of 18.
kirekya monitors all platform activity using automated systems and human review. Detection of any prohibited conduct will trigger an immediate investigation. During an investigation, the affected account may be suspended and withdrawals frozen until the matter is resolved. Players have the right to appeal a suspension decision by contacting support@kirekya within 14 days of notification.
Section 8
Account Suspension and Closure
Either the player or kirekya may initiate account closure at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section.
Closure by the Player
Players who wish to close their account for any reason — including as a responsible gaming measure — may do so by contacting kirekya customer support via live chat or by emailing support@kirekya. Upon receiving a closure request, the platform will process the closure within 24 hours and issue a final settlement of any withdrawable balance to the player's verified payment method. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
Players who request account closure on responsible gaming grounds (i.e., self-exclusion) should clearly state this reason in their request. Self-exclusion requests are treated with the highest priority and may result in a longer minimum exclusion period than a standard account closure. Closure by kirekya
kirekya reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, under any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms or any applicable game-specific, promotion-specific, or platform policy
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required time frame
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime
- Detection of duplicate accounts
- Detection of underage gambling
- Chargebacks or disputed payments initiated by the player
- Compliance with applicable legal obligations or regulatory requirements
Where kirekya closes an account due to a material breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where closure is made at the platform's discretion in circumstances not involving a breach by the player, the remaining withdrawable balance will be returned to the player via their verified payment method within a reasonable time frame.
Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more. kirekya will attempt to notify the player by email prior to applying any dormancy procedures. A monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳100 may be applied to dormant accounts with a positive balance after the 12-month dormancy threshold has been reached. The dormancy fee will not reduce the account balance below zero. Players can reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and completing any additional re-verification steps required.
Section 9
Liability and Disclaimers
kirekya provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While the platform makes every reasonable effort to ensure continuous availability, security, and accuracy of the services offered, it does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults at all times.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kirekya, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:
- Loss of winnings resulting from technical malfunctions, server errors, or network outages
- Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where reasonable security precautions were in place
- Losses resulting from reliance on incorrect odds, scores, or statistical data displayed on the platform due to a third-party data feed error
- Any indirect financial loss arising from the suspension or closure of your account in accordance with these Terms
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit kirekya's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
Disclaimer of Investment Advice

Any amendment takes effect on the date specified in the notice, and continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you disagree with any amendment to these Terms, your sole remedy is to cease using the platform and request closure of your account in accordance with Section 8 of these Terms. kirekya will process any outstanding withdrawable balance in full upon voluntary account closure initiated in response to a Terms amendment.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The severed provision shall be replaced with a valid and enforceable provision that most closely reflects the original intention of the severed clause.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the kirekya Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and kirekya with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings — whether written or oral — relating to the same subject matter.
